I can't sign in

Phyler uses Google or Apple sign-in. Make sure you choose the same one you used when you created your account: signing in with the other one creates a separate account.

The app identified the wrong species

AI identification is an estimate. Before saving, you can pick the right species yourself, or use "Help me identify" to narrow it down by shape and colour. You can also edit a saved catch.

How do I report a post or comment?

Email support@phylerapp.com with the username and a description of the content. We review every report.

I'm a parent with a concern about my child's account

Phyler is for ages 13 and up. If your child is under 13 and has signed up, or you have any other concern, email privacy@phylerapp.com and we'll help, including deleting the account. Read how we protect younger users.
